It has one of the world's youngest fleet in the air, a network spanning five continents, and the Singapore Girl as the symbol of quality customer care and service. Customers, investors, partners, and staff — everyone expects excellence of Singapore Airlines.
SIA wants to develop a festive microsite to allow the delivery Christmas and Chinese New Year Cards. Design quality, positive user experience and security are of essence to SIA in this project.
Techsailor embarked on an intense design process to deliver multiple mock-ups for selection and iterative refinements. One of the challenges were to ensure an "organic" looking designs and animations where all elements are in perfect harmony thus achieving a smooth aesthetic sense. User experience designing was also a crucial factor in this project to ensure that all users of the E-Cards system have an optimum user experience and face minimal problems in sending out their E-Cards. Working closely with the hosting partner, Techsailor has also managed to ensure a high level of security for the SIA E-Cards microsite.
