NZ Propertyhunt is a Singapore based property finding company that acts on behalf of overseas Buyers or Investors looking for real estate in New Zealand. Unlike Real Estate agents who work on behalf of the Seller, NZ Propertyhunt represents the Buyers interests to ensure they get the best property that suits their requirements.

Objective

NZ Propertyhunt wants to develop a visually appealing website that "speaks" of New Zealand right from the design itself.

Solution

One of the challenges was to devise an apt layout for NZ Propertyhunt to encompass a fairly large and long logo yet exuding an atmosphere of New Zealand from the design. Techsailor reviewed a number of New Zealand sites and realized that the green fields and ice-capped mountains are hallmarks of New Zealand. Proceeding with these and further concepts in mind, Techsailor managed to deliver a website that the client is very pleased with.
