Being an avid Web user, Rujie has always been fascinated by the plethora of websites sprawling on the World Wide Web. Since his high school days, Rujie has already decided that one day, he would want to build a website with his own hands. Upon his graduation from the National University of Singapore two years ago and armed with a degree in Computing, Rujie came on board Techsailor’s deck as a Web Developer. Since then, he has realized that a great website is not the work of an individual but rather, the combined efforts of a team with expertise in different areas. In his work with Techsailor, Rujie has learned to collaborate effectively with other team members, both locally and remotely. He is glad to have been involved in the development of several large scale Social Networks and presently, learning to manage projects.

When he is off work, Rujie likes to catch a movie in the cinema, listen to music, read books as well as take random photos which reflects his feelings about life. He generally likes digital gadgets but he owns (and constantly uses) two LOMO film-based cameras (some people joked about them being toy cameras). Rujie is not a fan of Apple's Mac (he prefers Windows), but he is a fan of Apple's Ipod series of products which he deems are the most wonderful line of digital music players. Rujie also maintains a blog because he thinks that it is a healthy way to express his emotions and feelings about life.
